Do I need a dedicated IP?

It depends on your volume and how steady it is. A dedicated IP gives you control of your own reputation but also makes you responsible for it, and it needs warming up. Our guide on dedicated versus shared IPs walks through the decision, and we'll tell you honestly if you don't need one.

How is pricing set for a private infrastructure build?

It's custom and based on scope: volume, number of domains, IP requirements and your use case. You get a quote after the free architecture review.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We work with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, private mail servers and sending tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and Lemlist, and can design routing across a mix of them.

What happens after the build?

We define the safe volume and warm-up plan, and if you want us involved after that, ongoing monitoring and support continues as monthly support.
