Frequently asked questions
How is managed infrastructure priced?
Per mailbox and per domain, on a sliding scale: the more mailboxes, the lower the price per mailbox. There's a one-time setup fee by size, and quarterly or annual billing lowers the monthly price. The full breakdown and a billing toggle are on the pricing page.
Can you manage mailboxes and domains I already own?
Yes. You can have us provision them or manage ones you already have, and the price per mailbox is lower when you own them.
How many emails can each mailbox send?
Each mailbox is capped at 15 sends a day, which keeps reputation safe. Your daily ceiling is that cap multiplied by your number of mailboxes.
Is there a minimum?
Ongoing work with a client starts from $500 a month, so a very small setup is billed at that minimum. Above it, you pay the per-mailbox and per-domain price for your volume.
Is this the same as private infrastructure?
No. Managed sending infrastructure is mailboxes and domains for cold outreach, run for you at a per-mailbox price. Private infrastructure is a custom build with dedicated IPs and SMTP architecture, scoped to your case.
