Domain Health Check
Check one domain for a full diagnostic, or paste your whole sending list (up to 20, straight from Instantly, Smartlead, or a spreadsheet) for a send/fix/burned verdict across all of them - MX, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, IP and domain blacklist status, PTR/FCrDNS alignment, registration age, TLS, and whether domains were bulk-registered the same day.
One domain, or one per line for a whole sending list - up to 20.
What this checks - and what it can’t
Checked from public DNS, RDAP, and a live connection
- MX, SPF, DMARC, DKIM (10 common selectors), MTA-STS, TLS-RPT
- IP and domain blacklist status across 11 public lists
- PTR / forward-confirmed reverse DNS on the mail server
- Domain registration age via RDAP
- Live TLS certificate on port 443
Can’t see from the outside
- Your actual sending IPs unless they match the MX record (ESP/warmup tools often send from IPs this can’t discover)
- Inbox placement, spam-trap hits, or complaint rates
- DKIM selectors outside the common list - they’re private by design
- Mailbox-provider-side reputation (Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS)
Records look fine but still landing in spam, or found a lot of “burned” verdicts? DNS is one piece - reputation and infrastructure matter just as much.
