What is DMARC aggregate reports (rua)?
Daily XML summaries from receivers showing which sources sent mail as your domain and whether it passed.
How it works in practice
The rua= tag names the address that receives them. They list every IP that sent mail claiming your domain, with counts and SPF, DKIM and DMARC results, which is how you find forgotten senders before enforcing a policy. Raw XML is hard to read, so most teams use a report parser.
The common mistake
Setting rua to a personal inbox that fills with unread XML, then never looking at the data the rollout depends on.
