What is Click tracking and tracking domains?
Rewriting links so a click passes through a tracking server before reaching the destination.
How it works in practice
The tracking domain's reputation becomes part of your message. A shared tracking domain used by many senders inherits their problems; a branded one on your own domain keeps it yours but must be warmed and authenticated like any sending domain.
The common mistake
Leaving the platform's shared tracking domain on while the domain behind it is blocklisted.
